Zhong Lun Law Firm has added three partners to its Shanghai office.
Edward Li is joining Zhong Lun from the Shanghai office of King & Wood Mallesons, where he was also a partner focusing on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment. Prior to joining the former King & Wood in 2010, Li was a partner in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster. Before that, he worked for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton as an associate in Hong Kong and New York.
