Foley & Lardner has brought aboard a partner in Washington, D.C., to co-chair its China practice.
Richard “Tad” Ferris is joining the Milwaukee-based firm from the Washington office of Florida’s Holland & Knight, where he was also partner on the China team. He specializes in product-safety and environmental issues arising in foreign investments in China, where he usually coordinates with local lawyers and firms.
