A man who suffered two broken legs and a broken arm after being hit by a drunken driver has settled his claims against the driver and the bar that served him for $3.35 million.
Shiver Hamilton partners Jeff Shiver and Alan Hamilton said their client, 39-year-old Blaine Thompson, was driving in Sandy Springs in January 2013 when a GMC truck driven by Keith Skinner crashed head-on into Thompson’s Ford Windstar.
