Justice Seamus P. McCaffery was the only Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice to have sent or received any of the pornographic emails found as part of an internal review at the state Attorney General’s Office, according to Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille.

In a statement from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts released Wednesday that referenced the chief justice’s comments, an agent of the Attorney General’s Office reported to Castille that McCaffery had sent or received 234 explicit emails, containing 1,502 sexually explicit images and 60 explicit video files.
