King & Wood Mallesons has recruited Sharon Cook, managing partner of Australian firm Henry Davis York.
Cook will retire from Henry Davis in December and join King & Wood Mallesons in Sydney as the firm’s partner in charge of client relationships in February next year. Having been managing partner at Henry Davis since 2008, she oversees and coordinates the firm’s overall operation, human resources, business development and financial matters.
