Nearly three months after announcing their plans to merge, Locke Lord and Edwards Wildman Palmer will officially form Locke Lord Edwards on Jan. 10, 2015.

Partners at both firms voted last week to form a 1,000-lawyer Am Law 100 firm with 23 offices around the world, one they hope will have annual gross revenue of $675 million. That would put Locke Lord Edwards in the top 45 of The American Lawyer’s most recent Am Law 100 rankings by gross revenue.
