HWL Ebsworth is acquiring Cridlands MB, a 25-lawyer firm in Australia’s Northern Territory.
The deal, effective on Feb. 1, gives Melbourne-based HWL Ebsworth two new offices in the state capital of Darwin as well as Alice Springs. All five of Cridlands MB’s partners are joining HWL Ebsworth, although the exact number of lawyers making the move has yet to be determined.
