King & Wood Mallesons has announced it will soon have a base in the Southeast Asian business hub of Singapore.
The firm has received a foreign law practice license from the Attorney-General’s Chambers and will open an office in the next two to three months, according to a statement issued on Tuesday. Stuart Fuller, the firm’s Hong Kong-based global managing partner, called the launch the “logical next step” into a key market in order to service clients in Southeast Asia and India.
