Herbert Smith Freehills has lost longtime partner Gary Lock to King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong.
Lock, who started on Wednesday, joins the firm’s corporate and securities team. He will work alongside Hong Kong partners Hao Zhou and Christine Chen, who moved to King & Wood last year from Linklaters and JPMorgan Chase & Co., respectively.
