Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has reached a confidential settlement with Tracy Morgan in his suit over a New Jersey Turnpike crash in which one of the retailer’s trucks slammed into a van carrying the comedian.
Wal-Mart issued a statement confirming that a settlement was reached but said the terms would remain confidential.
