An alleged victim of convicted serial child molester Jerry Sandusky is appealing the state attorney general’s decision not to prosecute his case.
The alleged victim said he had been abused by Sandusky in 1988. But after he filed a private criminal complaint last year, the state Office of Attorney General declined to prosecute, saying the statute of limitations for prosecution had expired.
