The former general counsel of international gun manufacturer Glock Inc. has sued the company, its founder and two lawyers who have long served as Glock’s outside counsel, claiming they enlisted Cobb County law enforcement authorities to fabricate a criminal case against him in order to discredit and ruin him.
Paul Jannuzzo, Glock’s general counsel from 1991 to 2003, said in a federal suit filed July 8 in Atlanta that gun mogul Gaston Glock, John Renzulli of the Renzulli Firm in New York City, and Robert Core of the Core Law Firm in Washington began orchestrating Jannuzzo’s eventual criminal prosecution more than four years after he resigned as Glock’s general counsel and chief operating officer in February 2003.
