A cooperating witness in the Dewey & LeBoeuf criminal trial, Dianne Cascino, testified Tuesday that she didn’t believe she was breaking the law when she made accounting adjustments as the firm’s director of revenue support.

“You were not intending to defraud anyone, correct?” asked New York defense attorney Andrew Frisch, who is representing ex-Dewey & LeBoeuf CFO Joel Sanders.
