Chinese firm Han Kun Law Offices has hired a new intellectual property partner in Beijing.
Wang Yan joins from Fangda Partners where he was a Beijing partner. Wang specializes in IP litigation, having appeared before courts in both China and the United States on patent, trademark, copyrights and trade secrets disputes. He also advises on antitrust disputes related to the licensing of standard essential patents.
