MLB Network cannot keep confidential its compensation agreement with retired relief pitcher and former analyst Mitch Williams, who was fired by the network last year, a New Jersey appeals court has ruled.
MLB Network is the cable channel for Major League Baseball, and Williams was an analyst on “MLB Tonight,” its signature nightly show, until he was fired in 2014.
