SAN FRANCISCO — The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has declined to intervene in a hot-button case over the hidden-camera videos that sparked controversy around Planned Parenthood.
A Ninth Circuit panel on Wednesday denied an emergency petition for writ of mandamus from the Center for Medical Progress, the anti-abortion group that released the videos.
