Weary jurors in the trial of Dewey & LeBoeuf’s former leaders again cleared the defendants of some criminal counts in a partial verdict on Tuesday, after telling the judge that they were unable to reach consensus on a majority of the charges.

The judge also refused to declare a mistrial on Tuesday, even as the latest signs of illness in the jury room raised the specter of do-over deliberations on most of the charges.
