For the last seven years, at least one conservative U.S. Supreme Court justice has spoken to the Federalist Society’s annual national convention.
But the convention that begins Nov. 12 in Washington will be justice-free, apparently because this year’s convention theme is the role of Congress—though it will have a panel discussion on the Roberts Court’s 10th anniversary.
