McGuireWoods has become the latest Am Law 100 firm making a foray into China, as the firm plans to announce Tuesday that it has forged a strategic alliance with a newly launched firm in Shanghai.
Richmond, Virginia-based McGuireWoods said in a statement provided to The Am Law Daily that it has aligned with FuJae Partners, creating a strategic partnership meant to serve corporate clients both inside and outside of China.
