What are the most controversial e-discovery issues? Exterro has come up with a list of the five most controversial ones through a recent survey.

The top is preserving/collecting new data types. Overall, it was selected by 67 percent of those taking part in the survey as being controversial. The topic was selected by 72 percent of participants at companies, while selected by just 62 percent of law firms, consultants and vendors.
