SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge on Friday approved a $23 million settlement of a securities fraud class action against game maker Zynga Inc., permitting plaintiffs’ lawyers to receive a quarter of that amount.
Under the approval motion signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Jaqueline Scott Corley, the lead plaintiff’s counsel in the class action at Berman DeValerio and Newman Ferrara will get $5.75 million of the settlement.
