King & Wood Mallesons has started paying partners’ profit distributions on a monthly basis following repeated delays to its quarterly system.
The first payment of the new system was made in February, and according to ex-partners was “significantly smaller” than those made under the quarterly system that King & Wood Mallesons previously used.
