Last week Winston & Strawn announced that it would offer a 20 week gender-neutral parental leave program for associates and of counsel attorneys, making the firm among the most generous in The Am Law 100 when it comes to paid time off policies for new parents.
The program stands out not only for the length of the leave offered, but also because it doesn’t differentiate between primary and secondary caregivers.
