Jason Lohr is stirring the pot. A founding partner of small San Francisco plaintiffs’ firm Lohr Ripamonti & Segarich, he has formally moved to disqualify the attorney who negotiated an $84 million settlement with Uber — the only objector to take that step. He’s also leading a sex bias class action against Twitter on behalf of female software engineers, going up against Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He talks about his background in China, the future of the “gig economy,” and why size doesn’t matter in the field of law.
