Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Morrison & Foerster are having the lead roles on Walmart’s $1.5 billion sale of its China ecommerce business to JD.com.
The deal sees Walmart sell its online China business, Yihaodian, for a 5 percent stake in JD.com.
