India’s Khaitan & Co has hired a capital markets partner in New Delhi.
Gautham Srinivas joins from Indian firm Krishnamurthy & Co, where he was a partner based in the Indian capital. Srinivas advises on initial public offerings, private placement and various debt offerings, especially in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. In 2014, he advised Bengaluru-based GMR Group on a $246 million share sale through the qualified institutional placement program.
