Herbert Smith Freehills has recruited a new arbitration partner in Hong Kong, further strengthening its China disputes practice.

Former Clifford Chance consultant Kathryn Sanger has advised on China-related joint venture disputes, especially in the financial service and energy sectors. Sanger joined Clifford Chance in Hong Kong in 2002.
