China’s JunHe has added a corporate partner to its Hong Kong office.
Adam Cheng was most recently counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Hong Kong. Cheng typically advises cross-border investment transactions related to Chinese companies. In 2011, he advised state-owned China Three Gorges Corp. on a $3 billion investment in power generator Energias de Portugal S.A.
