Atlanta-based labor and employment firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete has opened a San Francisco office with the addition of partner L. Julius Turman, a veteran employment litigator who joins from Reed Smith. The office is Constangy’s third in California since it landed in Los Angeles nearly a decade ago.
Litigator Philip Smith is also joining the office from Reed Smith as senior counsel. Constangy said it plans to grow quickly in San Francisco, with more hires in the next few weeks.
