Andrew Lee joins the firm from Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he was a partner helping clients defend cartel claims and where he navigated merger investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. Fluent in Korean, Lee’s practice focuses on Korean and Japanese companies.
