Norton Rose Fulbright and Australia’s Henry Davis York will combine this year after partners at both firms voted in favor of a union.
The firms confirmed that they were in late-stage merger talks last week and are now planning to combine before year’s end. The tie-up was approved by an “overwhelming majority” of partners in both firms, according to an official statement.
