San Jose’s Skjerven Morrill MacPherson, the Santa Clara County Counsel’s office and McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen have agreed to sign up all of their Santa Clara-based attorneys as part of a new membership option.
Association President John Conway, who begins his term Tuesday, said more firms, including Pillsbury Winthrop and Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, are at the negotiating table.
