In addition, Andrews faces a second felony charge of attempting a criminal threat against a man sleeping in his truck near Andrews’ San Rafael house on Sept. 16, 2000. That charge carries the allegation that Andrews posed as a police officer.
Andrews, 45, will be arraigned Thursday in Marin County Superior Court on both counts.
