The parents of a child murdered while in day care can view and receive copies of the “child death review” the Department of Public Welfare conducted in the case, the Commonwealth Court has ruled.
The court said Harry and Cherrie Wagner could obtain the information DPW compiled on the performance of the Lehigh County Office of Children and Youth Services in connection with the investigation into the death of Andrew Wagner as long as the information about any other alleged child abuse is redacted.
