Houston-based Baker Botts jumped on the bandwagon Monday and gave its Texas associates a nice, big raise.
First-year associates with Baker Botts will be paid a $140,000 base salary and can make up to $10,000 more in bonus, according to the firm’s new Texas salary scale.
