Miami-based Shutts & Bowen has opened a Tampa office, bringing the 175-lawyer firm’s number of Florida locations to six.
The new four-lawyer office on the Gulf Coast is led by managing partner W. Thompson Thorn III. It focuses on corporate and financial transactions, commercial litigation and intellectual property.
