A lawsuit over gratuities filed by 14 waiters against cruise operator World Yacht will go forward following a Manhattan judge’s denial in part of the company’s motion to dismiss.
World Yacht offers brunch and dinner cruises around Manhattan with tickets ranging from $44.59 to $88.83, plus tax and service charges. The service charges are at issue in the suit.
