A Nassau County, N.Y., judge has held that a disgruntled owner of a Queens Village drugstore presented evidence that he was deceived about the financial health of the pharmacy when he invested in the company.
New York Supreme Court Justice Ute Wolff Lally held in Barrett v. Freifeld, 001891/2006, that plaintiff Andrew Barrett’s claims for fraud and breach of contract in connection with his purchase of 222 Jamaica Economy Drug could proceed.
