A former Hunton & Williams partner alleges that the venerable Virginia law firm is violating the terms of its partnership agreement by refusing to refund his capital contribution after his departure.
In a breach of contract suit filed Feb. 1, prominent Washington, D.C., white-collar defense lawyer David F. Geneson contends the firm denied him reimbursement of his capital contribution because of losses sustained by Hunton & Williams in the first quarter of its fiscal year.
