How do the managing partners, chairmen and presidents of law firms spend their time?
According to the recently released Altman Weil Inc. 2007 Senior Leadership Survey for Law Firms, they devote 35 percent of their time, on average, to firm management, 10 percent to business development and 45 percent to the practice of law.
