Philadelphia-based Duane Morris has opened two offices in Vietnam, one in Hanoi and the other in Ho Chi Minh City. Partner Eduardo Ramos-Gomez, who already manages the firm’s Singapore office, will head the two new locations.

Having opened its Singapore office in January, Duane Morris’ Asia-based practice serves clients with interests across a wide area, including Cambodia, China, Taiwan, India, Japan, South Korea and the Philippines. The focus of its three lawyers in Vietnam will be corporate and project finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and real estate.
