Bingham McCutchen has expanded its antitrust practice by adding a leading Japanese lawyer to its Tokyo office.

Hiroshi Iyori served as secretary general and then commissioner of the Japan Fair Trade Commission before entering private practice. Iyori, who comes to Bingham from Asahi Law Offices, is chairman of the Japan Competition Law Research Institute and the International Anti-Monopoly Law and Industrial Property Law Research Institute.
