Dewey Ballantine has added Avinash V. Ganatra as a partner in the corporate finance group at its New York office. He comes to the firm from New York-based Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Ganatra represents issuers and underwriters in major initial public offerings, high-yield offerings, complex equity and debt restructurings, and private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises clients on U.S. securities law matters, including disclosure and regulatory requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
