Clifford Chance has raided Sidley Austin’s white-collar practice in Washington, D.C., picking up three new partners.
Juan Morillo, Steven Cottreau and Stephen Nickelsburg represent major companies in government investigations and in complex civil litigation. Two of the new hires clerked for Supreme Court justices, and Morillo was named one of The American Lawyer‘s “Fab 50 Young Litigators.”
