Orange County, Calif.-based intellectual property firm Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear has opened an office in Washington, D.C. It is the 211-lawyer firm’s first office outside California.
Litigation partner William Zimmerman, who relocated last week from Orange County, will be managing partner of the D.C. outpost. Three or four Orange County associates are expected to join him, he said.
