An elderly aboriginal couple from Taiwan has settled a cross-cultural copyright infringement dispute with the techno-pop band Enigma and Virgin Records America.
The couple, Kuo Ying-Nan and his wife Kuo Hsin-Chu, announced a settlement Wednesday in a suit first filed in a Los Angeles federal court in December 1997.
