Fired CNN producer April Oliver says she readily turned over notes andsources about last year’s “Valley of Death” broadcast to attorney FloydAbrams, thinking they had an attorney/client relationship.
Instead, she says, the famed First Amendment attorney used that informationto compile a report for CNN about the broadcast, which included a recommendationto retract the piece.
