A Philadelphia jury awarded $4.1 million to a physician’s mother after deciding that the doctor kept her medicated with anti-psychotic drugs against her will for five years while he and his sister plundered the senior citizen’s $1 million estate.

During those five years, the mother’s attorney said, her son and daughter threatened to have her institutionalized if she asked too many questions about her money.
