I read with interest the article entitled (“Overprivileged”.)

I thought your readers might like to know about Project ACCESS, which was started by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice in 1989 to combat unnecessary court secrecy and protective orders that inappropriately shield corporations’ documents and activities from public scrutiny. TLPJ helps provide lawyers with the tools they need to fight secrecy in their cases, and we have successfully challenged a number of onerous secrecy orders.
