The wife of a man killed in the recent Buckhead office killings has sued All-Tech Investment Group, Piedmont Center, the on-site security company and killer Mark O. Barton’s estate.

The filing, Harjee v. All-Tech, No. 99VS1562387 (Fult. St. filed Aug. 13, 1999),. is believed to be the first suit stemming from the July 29 shooting in which nine were killed, including former attorney Dean Delawalla, 52. His wife, Gulshan Harjee, filed suit as executrix of his estate late Friday.
